Frequently Asked Questions

Refined is intentionally small, more cozy coffee chat than overwhelming conference. Over two days, you’ll:

Be Inspired through worship, keynote sessions, and conversations that encourage your faith and remind you why your calling matters.
Be Equipped through practical workshops and roundtable discussions designed to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Be Connected through meaningful relationships with leaders and fellow attendees who understand your journey and will cheer you on long after the weekend ends.

You’ll leave with a fresh fire, clear direction, and the encouragement you didn’t know you needed.

Refined Conference is designed for faith-driven creatives, entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, and ministry leaders who want to grow in their calling. You’ll feel right at home if you’re a:

Creative, artist, or maker seeking clarity and community
Entrepreneur or business owner with a God-sized dream
Writer, speaker, or podcaster with a message to share
Nonprofit or ministry leader building something meaningful

Whether you’re taking your first brave step or refining what’s already in motion, we’d love to encourage you in your walk with Jesus and help equip you for what He’s calling you toward next.

Your Refined Conference registration includes two full days of sessions, praise and worship, light refreshments (snacks, coffee, tea, and water) both days, lunch on Friday and Saturday, plenty of swag, and heartfelt encouragement! You’ll hear from general sessions with speakers we know, trust and love as we dive into topics like marketing, technology, and community-building. In addition to the main sessions, you’ll be able to dig deeper in hands-on workshops and expert-led roundtable discussions.

New to the 2027 conference: Recordings of the individual workshops are also included with your registration.

Early bird registration opens in January 2027! But we have a little something special planned for our email subscribers before the year ends. Join the list below so you don’t miss it, and be the first to hear about speaker announcements and other exciting updates.

We’ve intentionally designed the conference experience to provide a balance of inspiration, practical learning, and meaningful conversation.

General Sessions are designed for all attendees and focus on broad themes related to faith, leadership, creativity, business, and purpose. These sessions are meant to encourage, challenge, and inspire every guest, regardless of where they are in their journey.

Workshops are smaller, hands-on sessions that blend teaching with guided discussion and practical application. These sessions allow attendees to dive deeper into specific topics, collaborate with others, and leave with tangible next steps. Workshop seating is limited and available on a first-come basis.

Roundtable Sessions are intimate, conversational gatherings led by experienced leaders and experts. These sessions are designed to encourage honest dialogue, provide opportunities for live Q&A, and create space for attendees to ask questions, share ideas, and learn from one another in a relaxed setting.

Think of it this way: the General Sessions inspire, the Workshops equip, and the Roundtables connect.

The heart of Refined Conference is the in-person connections we create within the space. Since it’s important to us that attendees be with us in the room, we have opted not to stream the event.

New to the 2027 conference, however, we will record the individual workshops, and all attendees will receive access to those following the event, as part of their registration.

We are so excited to announce our speaker and panel lineup soon! You can find the details for the amazing speakers and session leaders right here as soon as they are available.

Yes, we’d love that! We offer a limited number of sponsor and vendor opportunities for businesses, ministries, and makers who share our heart for Kingdom work. Options range from digital sponsorships to vendor tables to in-person packages with time on stage. Learn more and apply here.

Not at all! We welcome guests from near and far, and we’re happy to answer any questions about travel and lodging.
