Be a part of the Refined Conference team!

An event like this can’t happen without a team.

Thank you for your interest in supporting and volunteering your time for the upcoming Refined Conference in Chattanooga, TN, on February 6–7, 2026. We’re excited to offer a limited number of volunteer opportunities, with fully covered registration in exchange for serving in one of these roles. This event wouldn’t be possible without our incredible community and generous volunteers like you!

Volunteer Information

These spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with up to five available—so if you feel called to support this gathering from the inside out, we’d love to have you on the team!

Available areas to serve:

  • Pre-conference setup and preparation
  • Welcome team and greeters for conference days
  • Support staff on conference days
  • Post-conference teardown

Terms of Service

Your participation with us is a gift! We ask that volunteers agree to the following terms:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be in the conference space on Thursday, February 5, OR to serve a minimum of five hours during the conference days.
  • Be available for a brief volunteer meeting via Zoom, when scheduled.
  • Notify us no later than January 1, 2026, if you are unable to attend as planned.

All volunteers will receive:

  • Complimentary conference registration
  • A Refined Conference t-shirt to wear during the event
  • Access to behind-the-scenes spaces as part of our event host team
  • Meaningful connection time with the Market Refined Media team, speakers, and session leaders

*Travel and accommodations are the volunteer’s responsibility.
